1. Eligibility

• The Student Package is available only for:
• Primary and High Primary School students
• PUC students
• Degree and other college students
• Students must provide valid proof of identity at the time of availing the package.

2. Required Documents

To be eligible, students must present:

• School/College ID Card (valid and updated)
• Aadhar Card (with complete residential address)
• Full Name of the Student
• School/College Name and Address

3. Verification

• All documents must be original and valid. Photocopies will be collected for records.
• Glory Eye Clinic Optical reserves the right to verify student details with the respective institution if required.

4. Benefits of Student Package

• Special discounts on eye check-ups and optical products.
• Affordable frames and lenses designed for students.
• Exclusive student-only offers may apply from time to time.

5. Conditions of Use

• The package is non-transferable and can only be used by the student whose name appears on the ID.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
• Misuse of student identity or submission of false documents will lead to cancellation of benefits.

• Glory Eye Clinic Optical is not responsible for incorrect or fraudulent information provided by students.
• The clinic reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

• By availing the Student Package, the student (and parent/guardian if applicable) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
