At Glory Eye Clinic Optical, we are committed to offering transparent, reliable, and
professional services to our patients in the heart of Coffee Land – Chikmagalore.
By booking an appointment, purchasing eyewear, or availing any of our services, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Online Booking & Doctor’s Fees
- Patients who book online must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled
time.
- Online bookings require 50% or full payment of the doctor’s consultation
fee in advance.
- If you cannot attend at the scheduled time or day, you may ,breschedule to
another available slot..
- If you cancel and request a refund, your doctor’s fee will be refunded within
7 working days.
2. Eyewear Orders & Delivery
- Once an eyewear order is confirmed, we promise to deliver it within 20
minutes.
- If specific prescription lenses are unavailable, delivery may take 1 working
day (excluding government holidays).
- The clinic is open 7 days a week, except on major festivals (advance notice
will be given).
- Once an order is placed, we follow up with patients until delivery is complete.

3. After-Sales Support
- Patients who purchase eyewear will receive 1-year support from our clinic.
- We provide a Membership Card valid for 1 year. This includes:
- Free services and repair support.
- Damage support depending on terms and conditions.
- End-of-term benefit: refund equivalent in discounted frames, ensuring
your money is not wasted.
4. Membership Benefits
- With a valid Membership Card, patients can:
- Replace frames or lenses within 30 days if power or fit is unsuitable.
- Without a Membership Card:
- Patients must pay 50% of the cost for replacements.
- For premium or branded products, any price difference must be paid by
the customer.
5.Sunglasses
- No exchanges or returns once sunglasses are purchased and billed.
- Sunglasses are not covered under warranty for consumer handling
damages (scratches, drops, breakage).
- Warranty applies only for:
- Color fading or peeling
- Loose screws
- Any damages beyond these are not covered.
6. Contact Lenses
- Contact lens orders booked online require 50% advance payment.
- Once the lenses are packed and collected, no returns or exchanges will be
accepted.
- Opened boxes of contact lenses cannot be returned due to hygiene and
safety standards.
7. General Terms
- All services and products are subject to availability.
- Offers, packages, and membership benefits may change without prior notice.
- Patients are responsible for providing accurate prescription details and
personal information.
- Glory Eye Clinic Optical reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
